Prices and orders
Prices are shown in South African rand unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs and the final total must be displayed before payment. An order is accepted only after SIMUKAI issues confirmation. SIMUKAI may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing or fraud checks reveal a genuine problem, with any collected payment refunded.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African consumer or electronic-commerce law. The returns policy applies alongside those rights.
