Information we collect
When ordering is enabled, we may collect your name, contact details, delivery address, order details and messages you send us. Payment providers process card or banking details on their own secure systems; SIMUKAI should not store full payment-card details.
How information is used
Information may be used to answer enquiries, process and deliver orders, provide service updates, prevent fraud, keep required business records and improve the shop. Marketing messages should only be sent where permission or another lawful basis exists, and you may opt out.
Sharing and retention
Only information reasonably needed to provide a service may be shared with delivery, payment, hosting or professional service providers. Information should be kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations or dispute resolution.
Your choices
Subject to applicable South African law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator.
